Eligibility

  • Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date.
  • Uploaded Photos: The uploaded photos must comply with the Headly photo upload requirements. If the uploaded photos do not meet the requirements, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
  • Service Usage: If you have downloaded at least one of your Headly Photos, you are not eligible for a refund. This is to ensure that the service is not abused in bad faith. We're committed to providing a fair and honest service to all our customers.
